Fox Defensive Training's Mission

To educate and train individuals and families in ways of living in safety. This is done through lecture and hands-on physical training seminars that teach how to avoid dangerous situations, deter attackers, de-escalate the event, and use force as necessary to stop an attack and increase the odds of escape. These skills are useful for not only protecting oneself, but your loved ones and community as well.

Fox Defensive Training provides 3 types of courses:

  • Lecture-style Classroom Seminars
  • Lecture with Physical Training and
  • Regular Martial Arts Classes

Complete flexibility in scheduling and content provide easy options for you to add training sessions to your schedule.
